Fennel | Natural Fennel Tea
inkl. MwSt., zzgl. Versandkosten
Our fennel tea from Austria wins you over with its unique flavor reminiscent of anise.
Taste
Fennel has an intense, fresh and herbaceous aroma reminiscent of anise. The essential oils in the fennel seeds give it its unmistakable fennel flavor. Very tasty with a little high-quality honey or agave syrup.
Origin
Our fennel grows together with many other herbs in the north of Austria, surrounded by a lush green, natural landscape. The growing region lies on the border with Bavaria and the Czech Republic. The fennel is produced by an agricultural producer association, i.e. a cooperative of several farmers.
- Origin: Northern Austria, border region with Bavaria and the Czech Republic

Preparation
So that herbal tea can be enjoyed safely and without concern, always pour bubbling boiling water over it and let it steep for at least 5–10 minutes. We recommend 10 g of fennel seeds (1 heaped tablespoon) per liter of water.
