Herbs from Europe – direct from the growers
Most of our herbs grow in the north of Austria, on the border with Bavaria and the Czech Republic. There, an agricultural producers' cooperative – a group of several farmers – grows peppermint, nana mint, sage, lemon balm, nettle, fennel and raspberry leaves. Our chamomile comes from Latvia and is picked by hand, while the Greek Mountain Tea grows in the highlands of Thrace.
