Lemon balm is loved above all for its zesty, fresh flavor, and its lemony scent is truly something special. We’re glad to have found such an excellent lemon balm!
Taste
Lemon balm tastes – unsurprisingly – wonderfully of lemon. Beyond that, it has a soft, fresh and herbaceous character of its own.
Origin
Our lemon balm grows together with many other herbs in northern Austria, surrounded by a lush green, natural landscape. The growing region lies on the border with Bavaria and the Czech Republic. The lemon balm is produced by an agricultural producer association, a group of several farmers working together.
- Origin: northern Austria, border region with Bavaria and the Czech Republic

- Caffeine: caffeine-free
Preparation
To make sure herbal tea is safe to enjoy, always pour boiling water over it and let it steep for at least 5–10 minutes. We recommend 6 g of lemon balm (2 heaped tablespoons) per liter of water.
