We get our Dong Ding Oolong from Mr. Huang, who has recently taken over his father's business. His father was one of the first tea farmers in Taiwan who started to work intensively on the production of organic sustainable teas.
Like the father, the son now carries on the idea of high quality organic tea cultivation.
In our Dong Ding we were particularly surprised by the complexity of the aromas during the first tasting, which are strong and nutty in the first infusion and change to lighter floral notes with further infusions.
