Whoever finds the oxidized rooibos tea too strong will find the optimal tea in our green rooibos tea. In contrast to the normal Rooibos tea, the green representative of this delicious tea does not start any oxidation, but only a drying process after the harvest.
Green Rooibos Tea is decaffeinated. It is rich in minerals and contains significantly less tannins than green and black tea.
Green rooibos tastes pleasantly mild and refreshing. 60°C for 5 minutes. If you prefer it strong, you can also pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. For a very strong version, let the tea simmer for 10-20 minutes on a low flame, then strain.
